NEWSLETTER | JUNE 2021
This is our last newsletter before everyone is heading to their summer vacation and celebrating Midsummer here in the Nordics.
During the first half of 2021, we have been onboarding plenty of new customers and increased the focus towards our customers by creating surveys, new support articles and arranging webinars. By taking these steps, we hope to get valuable feedback to make Assetti even better and user friendly.
Stay tuned!
Have a nice summer,
Stefanie & Alexandra

Ranking, Evaluation and Certification of Tech Companies
The PropTech Switzerland Innovation Index is a detailed study of the Swiss PropTech ecosystem. It is based on a research and development project of the PropTech Academy Association and PropTech Switzerland Association.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the PropTech market in a technological, innovative and sustainable development context for PropTech companies, investors, the established real estate, construction and finance companies, education institutions and public bodies and other institutions.
We are happy to see Assetti among those innovative companies.

Rent Roll Reporting – How to improve it?
The rent roll is an all-purpose document that can be used by buyers and sellers, asset managers, property managers, real estate investors and landlords, and lenders.
It provides a quick snapshot of one’s tenant base, the property performance and the gross rental income. It’s also an important document used in real estate transactions since many investors and banks request the report as part of their due diligence process.
A good rent roll report needs to be easy to update and easy to understand. Sounds simple, but how to turn this into a working solution?
Thank you for staying with us and have a nice day,
Your Assetti team
