- How does the 30-day trial work?
The 30-day trial gives you a hands-on experience with Assetti using your own set of data as a sample. If you choose to start a trial without specifying the plan, we will automatically unlock the Professional features for you. You can switch plans at any time according to your needs.
- What languages is Assetti available in?
Assetti is available in English, Finnish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch, German, French and Danish.
- Do I have to provide payment information up front?
Not at all. We will not collect your credit card data or send you invoices until you’ve determined Assetti is the right software for you.
- Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Not necessarily if you don't want to. Assetti’s subscription plans can be paid on monthly or yearly bases. Subscriptions are automatically renewed if not canceled.
- How do I pay for my subscription?
If you decide to continue with Assetti past your trial period, we offer the option to pay by credit card. If you are an Enterprise customer, you can also receive invoices. Please contact us for more information.
- How can I end my subscription?
You can end your subscription from your Assetti account. The notice period for an annual subscription is 3 months (90 days) and a notice for a monthly subscription is 1 month (30 days). Just remember, if you happen to cancel after the notice date, your subscription will be renewed for the next period and will end in the one after that.
