Since the year 2026 is well on its way, this is the first Assetti Newsletter of the year. Issues to cover are:
As many of us know, a lot of ESG related data needed for reporting is still captured, maintained and updated in some kind of master Excel file - especially when consolidating data from numerous systems and sources needed for the reporting. One of the data sets to be captured are certificates, such as EPC, Breeam, and LEED, to name a few. With the enlargement of Assetti's ESG data factsheet you can now save and keep track of the data and its changes needed for reporting purposes. This saves time, improves quality and enables the audibility of the data in reporting. If interested to hear more, contact our sales.

Do we need to say more? With the new release of Assetti’s dashboard, you can change the content and order of the widgets to your liking. Also, if you want to enlarge and visualise the data set outside of Assetti you can choose from CSV imports to API calls, which makes the Assetti dashboard pretty flexible to cater for any use within commercial real estate. Enrich the data with for example energy consumption figures from a 3rd party application.
‍

We offer, though, ready made templates to our customers so you don't need to start from the scratch. If managing, for example, a commercial or residential portfolio we can pick up from our dedicated off-the-shelf set of widgets, and publish you a dashboard pretty fast. If not convinced, contact us, and we will show you!

From discussions with our customers and prospects one issue came clear during this year’s spring - better & easier forecasting of the rentroll is needed. This is why we set our course to renew the process which is often done with Excel. This leads to disparities in the data, if not clear errors, while conducting it manually within spreadsheets. On the other hand, the planning softwares available on the market are pretty cumbersome to use and often costly. And even then you typically need to enter the As-Is data, id est, the existing Rentroll, manually with a file import or upload to start building any scenario.
The key benefit that Assetti Rentroll forecaster provides is that it builds the basic scenario automatically based on As-Is Rentroll data so that you avoid the manual input first. Secondly, with a set of assumptions you can then create your own forecast built on any specific scenario.

Client stories
Since our previous news letter, we have landed two new customers - a small family office from Finland and real estate investor from Dubai. Talk about real estate being global by its nature!
In the meantime we have been working with some of our existing clients of longer term, the relationship of which we captured in stories. One from Germany, for example, is Stihl which has been using Assetti to create an inventory of their global real estate portfolio. Read here how.

With this year's first newsletter, Assetti wishes you a very happy new year! Stay tuned, there are more exciting things to come in 2026.
